From Tooker Machinery, we help manufacturing companies implement their automation projects from concept phase to realization. Whether it is a (partial) machine or a complete production or assembly line. We do this by offering both project management and engineering.

We are involved from the start

We always proceed thoroughly. If required, we analyze your production process and identify bottlenecks. We also identify how best to solve them and the resources needed to do so. The associated business case can also be carefully evaluated. Our approach includes engaging your staff, listening to existing ideas and generating new insights. We do this by conducting and preparing feasibility studies, prototype design and business cases.

This is followed by actual engineering. Just as your product or process is unique, the machines and lines needed to produce it often are as well. Our engineers have extensive automation experience in various industries, including conveyor systems, packaging (end of line), robotics & end of arm tooling and hygienic production machines. We design the machines and production lines you need.

Good guidance is key

Purchasing new machinery or production lines often presents complex challenges for manufacturing and production companies. Different parties, such as machine builders, contractors and installers, have technical questions and require coordination. Tooker Machinery is happy to take on this task so that you can continue to focus on production, which, of course, continues as usual in the meantime. We can take the complete supervision off your hands with our experienced project managers, or we can support your own project managers by providing project engineering. Letting everyone do what they do best is what we call it.
